Strategic Management

We believe effective and efficient management is key to successful organization. Since 2004, Suria is using the Balanced Scorecard management tool to ensure strategic planning is put in place for the company to keep growing and stay competitive. Each employee is given individual KPI to measure his/her performance throughout the year. Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) is also implemented to ensure our work process, service and delivery standard remains the best.


Community & Environment

We care about the environment and the community. All our products are according to Malaysia's and international environmental standards and guidelines. Our effort to save energy and preserve clean and safe environment can be evident in our daily practice:
