Our Helpdesk is the center of everything we provide and serve. This is where your wonderful CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE began, from the first day you become our customer. Our Helpdesk is open every workdays from Monday to Friday and will answer your call, assist you solve simple user problem before escalating to our engineer to handle more difficult fault. Alternatively you can also contact our Helpdesk via email.

24/7 MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Suria technical support is available 24/7. They will attend to your service request based on the reports you made via our Helpdesk. Alternatively they can also be contacted via the Standby mobile number. Please take note ‘after-hours service fee’ is applicable for customers without a valid service contract and also not having the 24/7 service coverage. Please refer to your contract agreement or SLA or contact our Contract personnel for more info.
